Spend special time with your baby! Easy yoga, song and dance, games and discussions. Bring a baby blanket and some favorite toys and join us in gentle stretches and asanas (poses). Babies must be at least 8 weeks old.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our Iyengar style prenatal method uses props such as blankets, blosters and chairs to make a variety of postures comfortable for everyone.

Pilates is much more than a passing fad. Created in the 1920’s by German Born Innovator Joseph Pilates, “pilates”, a series of exercises once used to often rehabilitate injured dancers and war veterans, is ever growing in popularity, with good reason. Joseph’s background included yoga, Zen meditation, martial arts and other fitness techniques in addition to some gymnastics. His interest in physical fitness stemmed from a desire to strengthen his own body and improve his health after a sickly childhood. He designed a unique series of movements designed to heal and strengthen the body by working the mind and body harmoniously. The end result is that you will look and feel better!
